Return and Refund Conditions

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Resin Plus Art. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item under the following conditions:
Return Policy:


•    Return Period: You have one month from the ship date to return the item.
•    Condition: Items must be returned in good condition and in the original packaging.
•    Process: Once we receive the returned goods, we will inspect them. If the items meet our return criteria, we will process your refund.
•    Refund Timeframe: Refunds may take up to 2 weeks after we receive and inspect the returned items.
   Shipping Cost: The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

•    Resolution: We will work with you to determine the best way to return the item to us for repair or refund.
